The Dutch Research Council NWO, the Center for Computational Energy Research (CCER) and Shell join forces to initiate an annual Applied Computational Science (ACOS) symposium. The second symposium took place on 30 October 2019 at the home of our group: CCER@DIFFER, Eindhoven.
Each year the ACOS symposium focuses on a single relevant theme. For 2019, the event theme is Revolutions in Scientific Computing. Many of our group members participated the symposium; Vicent and Zehua and Qihua presented their latest work on MD, kMC and DFT simulations of perovskite solar cells, respectively.
